Much like nature, these beautiful up-cycled vintage wallpaper butterflies indeed made a BIG transformation, with the help of a little creativity.

Mitzi started off with those brassy butterflies you may have seen your grandma hang on her livingroom walls.  They can still easily be found at garage sales or flea markets. 

Once covered with the paper of her choice, she added magnets so they could attach anywhere her butterfly heart desired.

I love how Mitzi's butterfly tutorial takes you for a walk through so many interesting options, such as other paper choices to use, and where they can be hung. Wait till you see how they look on a lampshade!
