Red Cross inspired vintage suitcase - Behind the Red Door

I adore the red cross insignia, so when I saw this revamped vintage suitcase,

I was in serious swoon mode!

Jessi found this vintage suitcase for $15, and being inspired by the symbol herself, decided to give her vision a whirl. She used Annie Sloan white chalk paint to cover the case, then taped off the cross.

LOVE the look! And the tutorial looks to be a breeze. See it at

  1. Love this! I love how the original texture of the suitcase really shows well through the new white paint and the red cross emblem is the icing on the cake!
