Barnwood wall art- On the Banks of Squaw Creek

Beautiful barnwood wall art created from book pages and reclaimed lumber by On the Banks of Squaw Creek via I Love That Junk

Chippy, reclaimed barnwood lumber is beautiful to look at on it's own, but becomes an actual work of wall art when teamed up with unique vintage book page pictures.

Katie came across an amazing 1895 farmer's guide book that belonged to her grandpa and knew she wanted to do something special with the pages.

She went through her wood stash (barn wood from her great grandfather!) and found the perfect pieces to create a gorgeous frame.

The photos were mounted using beefy thumbtacks to resemble old nails. The outcome is gorgeous and floods back with family memories!
